We plan surprise trips to secret destinations around the US, Canada and, Mexico. We take away all the pain of travel planning and prepare everything for the you: hotel booking, flights and give you recommendations of what to do during the trip.

The Nimbus pack includes round-trip flights to a surprise city and the number of selected accommodation nights in the first step of the reservation process. Food and transportation in the city are not included in this price.

Our bookings are room only. However, according to the hotel policy, breakfast may be included in some cases.

No. Our service does not include transportation to/from the airport.

That’s the best part of the trip! We believe on the excitement of not knowing where you are going to until the last minute. You'll visit one of the 15 destinations available depending on your departure airport, and we allow you to remove 4 destinations (first one for free) that you don’t like.

If you selected a North America trip we will let you know about your destination two days before travelling via e-mail. On the other hand, if you selected a Nimbus Europe trip we will let you know your destination 5 days before the departure date.

You will also find attached your flight tickets, hotel booking and a city guide.

You can travel whenever you want: any day of the week, any month of the year.

You can choose either a 3, 4 or 5 days trips with Nimbus North America. If you selected Nimbus Europe your trip will be 8 days long.

Yes, you can. With Nimbus North America we let you schedule your flying time paying a supplement depending on the range of hours you select.

You will take off during any time on the first day and you will be back by any time on the last one.

We give you the option of selecting extra plans paying a supplement. You can choose them before the payment.

We choose hotels and apartments recommended by TripAdvisor. After all, they have to accomplish our traveler's needs. For instance, all accommodations are located in the center or close to the center in every city. You will get your hotel voucher along with your flight documents two days before departing.

We work with several airlines depending on your dates, departure city, and availability. We cannot guarantee which airline you are going to fly with but it could be regular or low cost. What we can ensure is that is going to be a direct flight with zero layovers. Quick and easy!

Rooms are always private for each group that travels together, therefore, you will never sleep with strangers. Depending on the number of travelers, rooms may be double, triple or more. Not all hotels include rooms with more than two beds, so it’s possible for groups to be accommodated in different rooms, but always private ones.

Yes! You can set a gift card for anyone you want to surprise. Choose the departure airport, destination preferences and make the purchase. The person who receives the gift will be able to choose the date of the trip and you can give it to them printed or send it via e-mail. The best part? It will be a surprise for everyone!

Congratulations! If you have been given a Nimbus Gift, you just have to enter to https://www.flynimbus.com/NimbusExtras/GiftCode and enter the code that appears on your gift card. You can customize your trip choosing date, preferences and filling in your data. You will have 2 years time to redeem your gifts.

Yes and No, you can’t travel unless one of the trip members is up to 18 years old.

Sure! You can travel with anyone you want, with your partner, with your friends... There are two things you need to know: you can be up to 6 people per trip and there’s only one payment for the whole trip, we don’t split it for you.

Of course! Just choose the option '1 traveler' on our searcher and you can start your journey. In order to guarantee the quality of the trip, with private room and bathroom, your solo trip will be charged an $80 supplement.

Yes! We love planning trips for families. Kids up to 2 years old will pay the same as an adult.

Of course! If your baby is less than 2 years old during the trip, you're in luck: they travel for free! The only thing you need to do is include them on the number of travelers during the selection and, at the end of the process, when you write down the date of birth the price will be updated and the discount will be applied.

Unfortunately, no. We’re sure your pets are insanely cute, but you can’t bring them with you on this trip, sorry.

Always check with your doctor before flying. In a pregnancy without complications from week 28, pregnant women are required to take a doctor's form stating that they are "fit to fly". Some airlines reserve the right to travel for pregnant women over 28 weeks.

In case any of the passengers have special needs, whether due to reduced mobility, assistance at the airport or special medical equipment, you must inform the observations section when making your reservation. We will do everything possible to facilitate your trip!

Well, hopefully, that’s not the case! Here in Nimbus, we know that all our destinations have a lot to offer. You will have a great experience no matter which destination you go to.

If you are not a US citizen but you are staying at the US legally you won't have any problems traveling with Nimbus. Note that Nimbus is not responsible for any VISA or traveler legal status issue. Make sure your paperwork allows you to travel freely to all the states including Mexico, Canada & Europe. If you are not allow to travel to Mexico or Canada please discard them on the selection process.

We will send you an email with all the information 48h before departing, including the boarding passes of both flights.

Preferably yes, but you can also use your mobile ticket wallet.

Unfortunately, some airlines do not allow us to pay for a checked bag before you arrive at the airport. If you want to check a bag, you can do so when you arrive at the airport on the day of your departure. You will be responsible for checked bag fees. *Please note that most airlines charge between $25-40 per checked bag, each way.

In order to maintain the element of surprise, we do not accept frequent flyer numbers or hotel reward points. If we did, you'd be able to log in to your account to see your destination, and you would receive email notifications about your upcoming trip and this would spoil all the fun! The good news is that most airlines and hotels allow you to add your loyalty number after your trip, so you can still get the points from your trip with us.

Of course! Our 5-day and Nimbus Europe trips include one carry-on bag per person for free. Our 3-day trips include one personal item for free and carry-on bags have $60 extra fee. The exact size of the luggage must be checked on the airline's website.

Nimbus is not responsible for delays or cancellations of flights. In the event that a flight changes its schedule check your fly rights at https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/fly-rights. If your flights are canceled, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will help you find the best options for your needs.

We are very sorry, but Nimbus doesn't cover lost luggage.

Unfortunately, no. Our gift cards are non-refundable.

Our website does not permit separate payments for one order, so we'll need to receive only one payment per booking.

We offer free cancellation during the first 24 hours after purchasing, after that our trips are non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking within your cancellation period, we'll get in contact with you via mail in order to confirm the cancellation and to make sure you are aware of it. Once it's confirmed, we'll proceed to send you your money back through PayPal or Stripe. Otherwise, if you don't answer the mail within 48 hours cancellation won't be completed.

At the moment, we offer a secure payment platform (Stripe) where you can pay with your debit/credit card. We are working on introducing new payment methods.
